I-17 Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing I-17 Auto Parts. We stand behind the quality of our used and remanufactured parts, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following Returns Policy carefully, as all returns, credits, or exchanges are considered only under these conditions.
Return Eligibility
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice, and the part must be returned in the same condition as at the time of sale — unused, unaltered, and complete. Returns must be authorized in advance and shipped or delivered back to us at the buyer’s expense for inspection.
Special-order items, electrical components, and body sections that have been cut or altered to order are non-returnable. Deposits on special-order parts are non-refundable. Any part left unclaimed for more than 30 days after return authorization may be restocked or resold at our discretion, forfeiting any refund or credit eligibility.
Return Process
To begin a return, please contact us within six months (180 days) of your original purchase date to request authorization. Once authorized, you are responsible for arranging shipping or drop-off of the part. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the part to determine acceptance. Accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking or handling fee unless otherwise noted. Refunds are not issued in cash; approved returns are processed as exchanges or store credits toward future purchases. If the replacement part is unavailable, we will issue a parts credit equal to the original value of the part, minus any applicable restocking fees.
Return Timeframe
All returns must be completed within 180 days (six months) of the original purchase date. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted. The same timeframe applies to any warranty-based exchanges or credits.
Exchanges and Credits
Eligible returns may be exchanged for a comparable part or applied as store credit, which must be used within one year of issue unless otherwise specified. If a replacement part is unavailable, a parts credit will be provided for future purchases. Labor, towing, or installation costs are not refundable under any circumstance.
Exclusions and Limitations
This policy does not cover labor, installation, or removal costs, towing, storage, or rental vehicle expenses. Parts damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, accident, or alteration are not eligible for return. Electrical parts or items that have been installed are non-returnable. I-17 Auto Parts is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from defective or incorrect parts.
Core Returns (If Applicable)
If a core charge was applied at the time of sale, the core must be returned within 180 days of the original purchase date to qualify for credit. Cores must be of the same type, drained of fluids, and complete. Failure to return the core within this timeframe voids the core credit. Once accepted, cores become the property of I-17 Auto Parts.
Legal Notice
All sales and returns are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes related to a return or credit claim shall be handled in Maricopa County, Arizona. I-17 Auto Parts reserves the right to modify or update this Returns Policy at any time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of sale, as noted on your invoice.
